Electric Motor Maintenance

MAINTENANCE and repair of electric motors
- PREVENTIVE in the maintenance of electric motors where we perform the decontamination of the equipment, perform external cleaning, check paint conditions, check and clean the fan, check the level of oxidation and/or corrosion in the exposed parts, check the state of the winding, measure the insulation resistance, measure the polarization index, junction box and grounding terminals, cleaning the inside of the boxes.
- CORRECTIVE where when repair is necessary, we wind or manufacture parts such as shafts, bushings, caps, junction boxes, among others.
- PREDICTIVE we jointly perform the maintenance of electric motors with the users, a vibration and temperature inspection plan in critical equipment, in order to ensure the maintenance, when the equipment is extremely critical we install real-time monitoring sensors, which alerts us of any change in behavior.
EQUIPMENT REENGINEERING
Through the review of equipment and the recurrence of its maintenance to electric motors or repair, we can make recommendations and develop adjustments that generate greater certainty in the operation of maintenance and continuity of operation of the equipment, for example, changing motors from direct to alternating to eliminate the use of capacitors, etc..
Mechanical repairs and adjustments
